Article: Vote ANC to solve your problems: Zuma

The only way to solve the problems of housing and poverty in Cape Town is to vote for the ANC, party president Jacob Zuma told the people of Gugulethu on Saturday.

This was the central message at each of the stops he made in Gugulethu during his campaign ahead of the May 18 local government election.
 
I'm not very good at speed reading, but I practiced hard on this article... So, when is Zuma getting married again?

I hope that is what this article is about, Zuma's upcoming wedding. Hopefully it will match the recent royal thingy in every way.

Ah yes, the ANC, problem solvers extraordinaires.

The closer the elections get the more outrageous their claims and promises get.

At least they're (sort of) talking about why anyone should vote for them, (even if it is complete hogwash) instead of just trying to dis and name-call the opposition, which has been the game plan thus far.
 
Sorry, my amnesia seems to have kicked in again - someone please remind me in which municipalities service delivery protests took place again :rolleyes:.

Vote ANC? First take a hard look at what a disaster "The Moqhaka municipality" is.
The dam just broke for the 3rd time a few days back, soon the school, retirement home will be left without water again.
and this is what happened last time when there was no water:

The dam was about 75% repaired when for some unknown reason they just halted work for a few months. Just needed a day or 2's work, but no they'd rather use the machinery to fix a tiny section of road in Kroonstad where everyone can see them for the election. Much more important than supplying a few thousand people in the township with water.

Vote ANC to make your problems even worse is more like it.
