what is staggering is not only the theatre (room) admin involved, but there is the cardiac surgeon, anaesthetist & perfusionist who would all have patient records regards the patient to be operated on.
there is a pre surgery "conference" in which the actual procedure is discussed.

Sue them. Sue them all!

Nothing will come of it, they will have legal backing to the hilt dragging the process out for years and I doubt she can afford it. Reporting it to to the HPCSA will at most result to a slap on the wrist, same as what happens with the law society, they look after their own.
