He is correct though
He very possibly is correct...
But he has enough bullshyte under his own carpet to deal with, that he shouldn't be spouting off about other organisations.

He is correct though
I presume he means Africa should have a larger say. How about making the African Union more than a damp squid and then you can pretend to be able to offer something to the UN.
