Anyone ever returned an faulty ASRock Mobo? Just trying to find out if its worth the costs involved with shipping and what not, considering i'm going to have to get a new mobo while this one is getting repaired.

Did you buy the board directly from overseas?

The supplier you bought it from if local handle the RMA process for you.

You pay for courier costs to them and they pay for the return that's normally how it works.

If not local stock that could be a problem.

Thanks all, im not 100% sure it is the Mobo, I keep losing the ethernet interface from device manager. Restart brings it back for a short while (10 minutes or so) and then it disappears again. Drivers are up to date as is Mobo FW. Im currently running on a wifi adapter which is a little *** when trying to copy data from my server.

An issue with replacing the mobo is my Ivy CPU, I would prefer to go Haswell but then the costs get a bit much :(

Run linux on it and see if it does the same, if not then it's a software issue.
