oh ffs, I can't get this, I've followed EVERYTHING that EVERY person has done, and i still can't do anything, sigh, this is getting highly annoying!

Seems like you really do you help.

Ok so once you get to the 4th Memory block you have to actually find the people yourself.

There is normally 1-2 quest finders In each section of the City EG: Market

You can either do it a few ways.

1: Walk around the city slowly and use your eagles vision to find the quests.
2: Go up ontop of the Towers in the city and then after you've been to the top and done the Vision thing from it afterwards the Quests appear on your map.

And my personal Favourite which i did ALL the time.
3: Randomly run around like mad and kill every Guard and practice your running and stuns on rooftops as you find them. (Normally find alot of cool glitches this way)

Gave up on that game after similar running-around-like-a-chicken-with-head-cut-off antics. I hate it when games don't provide sufficient guidance to figure out wtf one is supposed to do.

Actually it does. It gives ALOT of guidence.
The Beginning of the game EXPLAINS EVERYTHING as you go along also.
