How the hell to you purchase a bundle of data, using your TopUP account....I keep on getting an errror....Service only for AnyTime and TopUP Subs, last I checked I was on TopUP...
 
MTN.....any MTN people on here,why do I always get an error msg when *141*6*500# ??
The *141*6# menu has changed since the introduction of once-off data bundles, see here, so the shortcuts may no longer work.
 
Still get the same error....can you or can you not convert you airtime credit into a data bundle if you are on a TopUp?
From the T&Cs:
The data bundle subscription charges will not deplete the rand value bundles on TopUp packages.
The following PayAsYouGo price plans will be able to convert airtime into data bundles: MTN Classic, MTN PayBack and MTN Call Per Second.
I would say not :mad: and I think this applies to Anytime contracts as well.
