Do Nextgennews blocks work like Astraweb blocks, ie.
"All article bodies are counted towards your credits.
20% of your headers are counted towards your credits on our Pay By Download plans.
This means that if you download 10MB of headers, 2MB will be deducted from your credits."?

We count everything that you request. If your client requests an ARTICLE (which includes the header), we count the header. If your client request a BODY (which excludes the header), we don't count the header. So if you don't want to pay for headers, get a client that does not request headers GrabIT is the only grabber I know of that still uses ARTICLE instead of BODY, but I may be wrong. I know SABNZB does not request headers for sure though, as that is what I use and do most of the development testing with.

NextGenNews are very good. And very reasonable. And there are a lot of development happening there that will put a smile on mybroadband users' dials soon...
