Asus Notebooks

Some time ago I asked for some recommendations on a laptop. I eventually decided to settle for the following:

Asus Zenbook Prime

Core i7 3517U 1.9Ghz 2.4Ghz processor
256 SSD
8GB Ram

Does anyone have any experience with Asus laptops? Are they any good?

I'm happy with mine. I currently have the Asus UX51VZA.
Had the Asus G73JW before that. Not had any issues with either.

I have the Asus Vivo Book S400C and very happy with it. Good build quality.

the wife has had a Zenbook for about a year now, she's been pretty happy with it and has had great customer service from Asus (she needed a second power pack and video dongle and the video port needed repair after someone got a bit heavy handed with it at a conference)

We have the Zenbook UX21e and UX31e at home and are very happy with them.

I think after the Keyboard change and IPS panel upgrade on the A series they're even better.

I was not sure about the laptop when I bought it yesterday as I never had one from them before, but for some reason or the other, I loved its design and specs. The laptop is probably the best-looking I have seen before as well.

Very happy with my ASUS tablet, and my father has an ASUS notebook that is still amazing about a year later. Very good quality I think.
