I dunno how I'd feel about gyro as a mouse. Seems like a lot of arm swaying vs wrist flicks lolSo might be able to use it as a mouse

I was watching a Video where a guy actually got some FPS games to work with the gyro from the PS5 controller for FPS and if you do it right, it looks fantastic.

Ah frak :-(I fried my SD card and slot
Forza horizon 5 after like 3 hours last night the sd card kept on ejecting and windows making that sound and today nothing. Got a new card from takealot not picking it up at all.

According to reddit posts, the latest versions released haven't experienced the SD card slot issue
If you are going to try to get it fixed/replaced
I bought it from Makro. Should I try RMA?

Yeah give it a try, it's under a year old and the slot is toast, that sounds like an RMA issue to me.

Ok so updated it, the settings are all there for the Gyro and calibration for the sticks and triggers. I attempted to use gyro as a mouse for Civ 6, it has no idea what that is will see what I can get to work with it, maybe Star Wars Squadron

Ok that is a really odd way to control things, feels like the six axis from the ps3 days, I tried squadrons and I think with some tweaking I might be able to get it to work for roll, though I would need to adjust throttle on the other stick.

Will take it back to Makro tomorrow and see what they say. I hope I can get a replacement before end of December I need my Ally when I'm going to tracel to kzn.
Handed in my ROG Ally. They didn't say much. Just asked what was wrong. Checked for any damages and booked it to go to the supplier. 3 to 6 weeks turnaround time.

Ouch that's quite some time
yeah. They just said it's going back to the supplier for assessment and repair. If it's not irreparable then they will ask me if I want a replacement or refund.
