Asus Rog Ally

Bought a 64gb SD card, only reads as 7, put it into a USB reader format to 64 and now it's not even seen

Did you copy 64GBs of files to it and then verify them? Some of these things fool the OS with false info.
It's real :) issue is with the Ally and the driver of the SD card reader

It's a 65w charger that never had issues and still charges the device while I'm playing. Think it's just a warning
I've recently plugged the Ally stuff into the Ecoflow, I've noticed the official dock charger pull 68w-70w when the ally was in 30w mode. It might be that the ally actually wants more power. I don't run it at 30w though, seems like too much trade off for a tiny performance increase

Hmm that could be it, actually pulling a bit more than the charger wants to give

The problem is local availability/ support for these devices.
Sure it might be cheap(er) than competitors overseas (sometimes), The import duties and shipping costs etc makes it look very unattractive for us Saffers. I think that's why the Ally was a bit more successful here, even though the Steam deck came in as grey imports. Lenovo doesn't sell the Go here so that's kinda dead in the water. We going to see what happens with the MSI Claw

Once you have the ROG, these are no longer competitors. They're the same CPU/GPU.

Temu has lots of ROG Ally stuff, no doubt the stuff you can get on Amazon for much more.
Temu legit?

New AMD chipset driver available.

Apparently this one fixes the sleep issue, so if you set your power button to hibernate instead of sleep, can try this one out. Re: sleep issue, I've always had mine set as hibernate and when waking up from that state I never had any issues with games, but obviously it takes a little while longer. Hopefully this update addresses the "quick resume" ability, but you guys can check it out yourselves
