Wait.. Isn't the Xense a bundle consisting of the Xonar and PC 350 ?

If you buy the Xense and the PC 360 you will have two headsets?

Yes, this is correct. The Xense card comes bundled with a PC350 headset. I've read about the card being sold separately in other countries, but here it was always in a bundle.

Buying the bundle and the PC360 would be a pretty big waste of money, rather go for a Xonar Essence ST if you want a different headset.

I bought my Xense bundle about a year ago and even then they were extremely rare, they seem to have gone off the market now. Which is a pity because it was brilliant value for money, much cheaper than buying a headset and card separately.

As for the headsets (PC350 and 360), they're sold by audio shops all over, as well as some PC shops if you're lucky.

Thanks for all the information, I was just about to ask for a alternative soundard :P I'll take a look at the Xonar Essence ST.

No idea why it's gone off the market, absolutely amazing combo. Great heatset with amazing mic and an awesome sound card for 2.3k

Maybe it wasn't selling too well

Go for Asus Xonar ST/X, and depending on your environment, Sennheiser PC-350's (noisy environment) or PC 360's (quiet, personal space).

With a quiet, personal space, the PC 360's are more favourable, and will be better for music and positional accuracy due to their open design (sound leaks).

Down sides to the PC 350's are leather ear cups (can get hot in there) and closed design meaning lesser sound stage (which can be a positive depending on environment as per above).

I got the Asus Xonar STX today, makes my old headset sound so much better! I'm going to get the Sennheiser PC 360 next week.

Guys I have been searching, anyone know where I could get a 6.3mm male to a 3.5 female adapter for my mic? Preferably a gold plated one.
