Hi there

Does anyone have one of these NAS drives?

I need assistance. I'm STUCK on the initializing screen on the last step "update system". It just sits there. Been 4 hours already. Is this normal?

What could the problem be?

ok found the problem. Faulty hard drive in bay 1. Swooped the 2 around it now it’s run perfectly, but gives error on second HDD. Which I’ll replace.
