thats good news!4850 is very light on power if I remember correctly, only one 6 pin PCI-EX power socket required and 100 odd watts?
But what you need is a good chassis with air flow or a fan sits directly on top of the card, lots of review/tests done by people who got 4850 showed idle temp could be up to 80C, but under full load is like 86.
Could be a problem with new card so the thermal fan control in driver/BIOS not working that good, or you can always get a Zalman VF900 for less than R300 and this should lower the temp for at least 20C.
