I hate my cell phone ... i have to have it for business, I wish I could walk around without the worry of work calling me 24/7. Man I miss the days where if you were not near a phone you were unavailable - finish and klaar ! Now we are slaves to the damn things.

Best is to play some tricks on them.
At least this way you get some entertainment from the calls. Comic relief is much healthier than frustration

Start by asking some very personal options...

If they ask for 10 minutes of your time tell them as they are not existing clients they will have to pay cash up front for the first hour or part thereof...

Just a thought not a moan but if Vodacom wants to give me free minutes, for being a long standing customer, or because they are just feeling generous, why not just do it?
Why send a battery of sms's over time saying they are going to do it.
Send one sms, you have free minutes and load them on my account.
I would be stoked.
