Hi all,

Sorry for posting this here. I'm trying to post screenshots of my routers stats for comments & advice but my 'posting permissions' at the bottom of the forum page, says that I'm not allowed to post attachments. I've done a search, but I'm afraid I must be missing something somewhere. Please help :)

Is there something I must select somewhere on my profile or how do I change the permissions? (Or is it something the Admins must do from their side?)

Thanks in advance,

yvan_c

Easiest would be to copy the actual info from the router, pasting it into this thread.

Otherwise upload screenshots to http://imgur.com/ or something similar, sharing the links in this thread.

Thank you, I will do so. It seems strange though that the FAQ's do state that you can upload directly from your PC.

Don't think I have even tried to upload from my PC :p

I presume you need a certain number of posts before you can attach files though.

I also suspect that to be the case. Anyhoo, I've copied and pasted stats in different post. Will appreciate it if you could have a look see. :)

Only Admins have rights wrt attachments in posts.

No matter how you postwhore - ain't gonna happen ;)

As mentioned above - upload to another site and linkback here - or even in mybb's photo section.

But don't think that IMG tags work in this specific forum though - so a general link to your photo/pic is all that's available to you here (at least)

You can check at the bottom of any page - it will say code is On or Off.

You're correct - forum members, incl mods, don't have the necessary mojo to post attachments - only admins.

Thanks for the tip :)
