Attention iBurst Reps

iBurst do you realise that your Cape Town network is having serious issues. Issues that are forcing people to leave your network. This, effectively, is killing your chance of expanding.

I have been on iBurst for about 2 years now and have rarely been happy with the performance, but when iBurst performs its quite awesome (if ever).

Im sure many people on iBurst are having a feeling of frustration and dispear, I sure am.

I recommend, instead of comming up with pointless deals to steal customers money, to fix your issues with slow speeds so that when people join your network they are happy and inturn will recommend it to others. At the moment all im seeing is unhappy iBursters and former iBursters ranting on about how pathetic you are (or its just me -.-)

Seriously, iBurst get your asses into gear and fix up your system PLEASE.

Actually and unfortunately it's not just Capetown. THE WHOLE NETWORK is stuffed.

I've been asking on the hub and tons of us from JHB have been getting timeouts for almost a week now. D/L speeds are still great but p2p apps are DEAD and pages keep timing out.
 
Cant iBurst just declare bankrupce and sell all assets and then give out money back and then we all move to DSL?
 
If only iBurst actually had a rep on here they might actually notice people's complaints...
 
iBurst staff do read these threads, they have probably been told not to reply or get involved not realizing that the longer they leave it the worse it's going to get, thats assuming it's not already too late.
 
putting aside my own personal feelings, I hope for their sake prospective customers don't read the forums
 
I woke up this morning with hope, only for it to be murdered and slaughtered by iBurst.
