I see that you don't yet have prices on your SAIX offerings until 1 March...

I want to move from the SAOL 10GB package and I like the sounds of your OpenWeb product, however I can only see your IS prices. Do you have *any* idea what the SAIX prices are, and if not what's significant about 1 March?

I need to sign up with someone this side of the end of the month to ensure uninterrupted service - please let me know if you will have any prices.

Failing that, is IS an inferior connection? And if so how inferior? I've seen messages relating to slow connections yesterday - is this the norm?

Loads of questions - tia for yor responses.

Where in the country are u??

wouldnt go with IS for the moment unless you wanna pull your hair out

so many ppl complaining

rather take the 5 gigs for 299 for now

Speaking of OpenBrowse, does anybody know if Skype and iTMS work on it after you have been capped. Not sure what protocols they use...

Hey,

Thank you so much for your interest in OpenWeb.

We are almost ready to re-launch our Uncapped offerings, with Static IP's and the like.

We do have a 5GB SAIX account at R299 for the time being.

IS has been a bit slow, but many of our clients are very happy with IS, as it gives them so much local bandwidth for the price.

Kind regards
MrBEEP

Local bandwidth that is so hard to use up! If an IS account worked on the SA DC++ hub i would be really happy but it doesnt...so SAIX it is

IS NNTP server
local torrent trackers, yes they exist

30gbs.... i wish i had more

It's a waste of time inviting people to local torrents because they last all of five minutes before getting themselves banned (and making you look bad). Its a freakin' fact that anyone who has to ask for an invite can't handle an invite...

Try newsgroups instead.

*shrug*
