Hi

I was driving the bride & groom over the past weekend at their wedding. I had to constantly play with the hooter (as is the tradition, blinged car, hooting non-stop, etc etc). Later on I realised that the hooter stopped working (no longer hoots).

What are my options? The car has an Extended Motor Plan (not sure if they will charge me to fix it and how much).
I'm currently on leave and will only go back to work next Tuesday, only then will I make a turn at AUDI as they are a stone-throw away from my work.

Can I fix it on my own/ Spares shop/ etc or wait till next week? I'm just worried having to drive a horn-less car, could be dangerous and also the traffic corps on the orad.

Please advice

You'll likely void the service plan if you tinker yourself. Rather just take it in, won't cost you anything for them to fix it. Its covered under the Service Plan

+1 what boomstomp said, don't give them a reason for them to void your service plan
