Audi N1 service

Good day everyone...

Has anyone ever serviced at Audi in N1? I want to take my car to them for a check up but while I was there I got the feeling they were not so professional because the service advisor even said they do not do a thorough service they just look at what needs to be done at that specific mileage... Audi in Claremont would be a bit far as I am in Brackenfell... So does anyone know of the kind of service at Audi N1?

Audi Centre N1 ?

Cannot comment on the service department. I've been to the dealership a couple of times, and the service/help was shocking.
 
YES!!! And based on the service i received on the floor I am really skeptical about taking my car to them for striping...
 
Audi N1 City is the worst when it comes to customer service. Went there as well to look at an Audi but nobody even bothered asking if we needed help or interested in an Audi. We left the showroom and I don't even want to go back to look at an Audi there.
 
I have been reading on Hello Peter and the horrors I saw there!!!! I am not so sure I trust any Audi Centre anymore... More especially out of FWP. But I thought I would send my car to them for specific items like changing Fuel Filter and Power steering pipe... But I am not so sure anymore....
 
Why would you take a vehicle out of plan to a stealership?

Find an independent specialist.
 
Thought maybe for the software updates? :confused:
But all these horror stories I read are making me think twice....

You'll hear horror stories everywhere.

Audi Centre Cape Town does seem to be the best, though.

Been happy there too...

Interestingly enough they aren't part of the Barloworld group. More of an independent Audi dealer.
