Have you tried looking on the Mecer website under Drivers > Notebooks, right at the bottom?

If you did, you would see there is a zip file to download that should have all that is required:

I have tried this, after downloading it doesnt extract the file, it always fails to open the file.

Check your mainboard model and whether it came with a CD. Drivers are usually there for audio and lan etc.

I've had a few colleagues report issues with the latest Realtek audio drivers.
A quick fix was to rollback and hoping they release a fixed version soon.
Right click the start icon > sevice manager > audio > Right click the audio driver > properties > driver tab > roll abck driver

My friend has the same problem so Did you find a solution or compatible driver ?

@Buza_junior - i know this is late... but i just faced the same issue..

solved it by:

-installing all these updates from the zip pack as explained above
- going to device manager, selecting update drives on the audio device, and then choosing one of the older (but signed) audio drivers.

let me know if you need help

@nemo415 I'm having the exact same issue. I've installed all the drivers from the zip. Ran the batch file. Updated windows 10 to the latest build. Still "No Audio Output Device is installed". Also mine doesn't say Realtec anywhere. See attached image for my Device Manager. Any assistance would be appreciated

Right click on those 2 devices under audio and select "Update Driver"
Then go to the audio folder you got from the zip file

If you don't come right, pop me a PM and we can try and resolve this via TeamViewer/AnyDesk

EDIT: Still no luck. I pm'd you.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just need to head out quick. I'll let you know shortly if that solved it.
