I have tried this, after downloading it doesnt extract the file, it always fails to open the file.Have you tried looking on the Mecer website under Drivers > Notebooks, right at the bottom?
If you did you would see there is a zip file to download that should have all that is required:
can you please send me the web address.Go to vid cards site and download drivers.
Check your mainboard model and whether it came with a CD. Drivers are usually there for audio and lan etc.
can you assist me to fix this thing coz its frustrating me, now i managed to download and extract it but i seem not to get it rightWell, it extracts fine for me using the built in Windows zip tool (then under device manager you will need to point the unknown audio device to there):

how do i get to start it.Perhaps your audio service is not started. Open services and "formed" to start

@nemo415 I'm having the exact same issue. I've installed all the drivers from the zip. Ran the batch file. Updated windows 10 to the latest build. Still "No Audio Output Device is installed". Also mine doesn't say Realtec anywhere. See attached image for my Device Manager. Any assistance would be appreciated

@Buza_junior - i know this is late... but i just faced the same issue..
solved it by:
-installing all these updates from the zip pack as explained above
- going to device manager, selecting update drives on the audio device, and then choosing one of the older (but signed) audio drivers.
let me know if you need help

EDIT: Still no luck. I pm'd you.Right click on those 2 devices under audio and select "Update Driver"
Then go to the audio folder you got from the zip file
