Audio Drivers

@nemo415 assisted me remotely and sorted the issue out. I'll give a run down for anyone reading this thread in the future.

1. Download the zip from the official Mustek site. Mecer of //Repository/Notebook/Z140C/
2. Place the zip in the ROOT folder of your system drive.
3. Extract the zip file and run the "Drive Installer" batch file as Administartor.
4. Go to Device Manager
5. Under "Sound, Video & Game Controller" (see previous posts attached image) uninstall, and delete device drivers for ES8316Aud.
6. Unkown Device > Update Drivers > Browse computer for drivers and point it to Drivers/Audio/AudioRealtek/isstrtc
7. Restart your pc

I think mostly it's carelessness, as I have just find out that the model for my computer is not simply Z140C but it's Z140C Edu. Check the backside of the laptop or else use CMD to find the model number

Have you tried looking on the Mecer website under Drivers > Notebooks, right at the bottom?

If you did, you would see there is a zip file to download that should have all that is required:
