Audit Software?

Hi guys

Can anyone recommend software that will perform a network audit?
I would require the following:
- Hardware specs
- MS Windows license keys, Office keys
- Scan remote PC's

Would love something that is free, don't we all

not sure if spiceworks collects keys.

But there seem to be addons that fix this.

I find how most inventory software calls itself freeware but then requires you purchase it pretty slimy.

You can also use one called belarc advisor. It will grab all the product keys of software installed, as well.

Try Spice works for the network map and belarc advisor for the software audit

There's also PsInfo (in the ps tools pack).. It's a command line tool, but there are some third-party gui's available...

Only thing is that you have to do it per pc, not sure if it will work on a network with other settings/tools.

Just installed the spiceworks addon for keys and it works perfectly
