During the 7 month trial online gambling sites (which are not illegal in Australia), an anti-abortion website and the website of a bus company appeared on that list. Knowing that how can you trust that this time it will be different and that sites that legal sites will not be banned?

The whole thing is a farce. Easily bypassed and horribly open to abuse.
