Authentication failure again

Sounds similar to the problems we had in CT even though it's been working well here today so far.

Lets hope they sort out your problem and not send it back to CT.

Update: 18 Apr 2007 6:10:29 PM
Additional Information: Hi,

Verizon Business engineers are still working on the authentication problem on our dial infrastructure. Authentication failures are occurring intermittently, however repeated authentication attempts should result in a successful authentication.

Verizon Business sincerely apologises for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Regards,

I really dont think Verizon have anything to do with iBurst's authentication. They are a bandwidth provider only.

I'd also think that it only affects their ADSL subscribers.

But their network errors are worrying, two in one day..

With the iBurst work scale, I think they have their servers in Gallo Manor and are being managed by the Verizon Engineers
