Auto shutdown XP

Hi guys,
I am looking for a free autoshut app for xp. Basically at the end of the month to shutdown my pc before 24h00 to get the most out of this free local bandwidth. If the pc does not shutdown it will start to use the next month's bandwidth. Any suggestions?

Command prompt -> shutdown -s -t <time in seconds before shutdown>

He can create a schedule to run a .bat file to run that command

That's what I would do

shutdown -s -f -t 0

force the shutdown, just incase you left a document or something open that really, really, really just wants to be saved and will stop everything unless it gets its' share of attention.
