Automated testing suggestions

Hey guys

I've started a new role and joined the mobility development team in a fortune 500 company.
Got a new assignment to setup automated testing standard & testing process to the whole team.

Currently we got around 10 folks in Poland Krakow and around 5 in India, and they currently use Ionic framework with NodeJS, GulpJS and AngularJS to make hybrid apps for both IOS and Android.

Any good recommendations for automated testing and continuous integration?
I need to achieve 80% automation...and i'm currently investigating Jenkins (Coverage, unit testing etc( and Appium (function testing).

Any other good suggestions or places to read up on this?

Cucumber or Jasmin for funcitonal testing is fine for web development. Pacto is decent for service testing.

Teamcity is the best continuous integration and deployment server I've used. All the others are too clunky and fiddly.
