Does anyone know of a good app for Windows 7 to automatically manage and switch between ISP accounts ?

I would like to dial the PPPoE connections from the PC, and use Account A during weekdays 6am to 6pm and Account B between 6PM and 6AM as well as the whole weekend.
The program must automatically disconnect the one account and dial the other as per the schedule, or re-establish the connection in case it drops.

You can use the rasdial command-line application to dial your connections and then use the Windows scheduler to simply schedule that command line!

Why not get a router to do that for you instead? All Mikrotik routers can easily do that, and more.

Because I have multiple PCs connected to the lan and I want them all to use the same account all the time. But only on my HTPC, I want to use an after-hours uncapped account (I sometime schedule a bit too much to download and then everyone gets capped).

Mier:
With the MikroTik router you can dial both accounts and only route your HTPC's Internet connection via the 2 accounts via a scheduled script too, but I suppose that using Windows 7's scheduler would be much easier.

As long as your ADSL modem supports half-bridge mode, you should be able to dial the additional account with a scheduler on your HTPC.

If your ADSL modem only supports bridge mode, then you'll need to either replace your ADSL modem or buy a router like the cheap MikroTik RB750.

BTW. I also have a linksys E2000 running dd-wrt. If I can do something with that, I could just assign different default gateways to my devices. Some pointing directly to the Billion and the HTPC to the linksys.
