Hello,
Firstly I think I know the answer to this question but here it goes anyway.
I upgraded my contract in Nov 2013 and life was good and happy until the end of my current contract period.
I had done a telephonic upgrade and was quoted figures which I was happy with. However when my new invoice came it was almost double the "Agreed" Price. When I complained, I went through to the head office and listened to the voice recordings with some friends of mine. We picked up that I had indeed said I would rather not go with the more expensive package, the manager ( Aneal*) had told the consultant who did my upgrade ( Sean Moodley) that he had messed up and that they would fix it.
When I called back two days later I was told by Sean that they had decided I had infact agreed on the price.
After 3 days of fighting nothing was resolved. So after leaving it I waited for my new contract data etc which never came I am still getting my old contract Airtime/Sms.
How do I get out of this contract?
Surely based on the fact that the actual contract is verbal and it is ambiguous I can get out, or due to a lack of service etc.
Please help
