Autopage disgusting service

YES.

The little fine print with the terms and conditions state that you ought to give the service provide a months notice to cancel, failing which it will just continue... ( UNTIL you give them notice ) or if you sign up for a further 24 months.

The new credit act that comes into place in April will protect NEW subscribers and not existing subscribers ( as you have already signed up before the act came into force ).

It is rather interesting, consumers need to know their rights and also understand what they sign up for.

dude, u not making sense, the bold part sounds like it will continue on a month-to-month until u give them notice to cancel it completely OR renew for anothe 24 months. U even say 'sign up for a further 24 months' ?

If you dont give them notice.... they will call you and give you a new phone( which u will like) and effectively tie you up for another 24 months.

If you dont sign up , you will have an option to cancel anytime providing you give them a months notice.

update: tried in vain yesterday to get through, clearly there was a problem with the system, probably from all the other folks they accidentally switched off too ;). It's month end Autopage, surely by now you must realise that call volumes are going to be high, upgrade the call centre to deal with the influx of phone calls and employ more people to deal with support during these busy periods!

I eventually left a rather ****ty message via their contact form on the website. My service was reconnected late yesterday afternoon :wtf:

I've been with them for about 6 years now, never have missed a payment, so to be treated in such a manner quite frankly offends me. Will be moving to a different provider as soon as these contracts are up
