I've been doing damage control for the past hour and a half. Our garage roof sprung a leak and it went directly onto the ONT, frying it instantly. I tried everything but its toast. Anyone have experience with how long it usually takes to get a replacement? As Murphy would have it I'm leaving for a week on Friday and my inlaws are currently stuck without any connectivity >.<

Even if you got a replacement at this moment you still have to wait for Vuma to assign the new device to your line afaik, which could take a while.

Hello. Is it Vuma?

It may take a while, when we log it for replacement Vuma will have to send a quotation directly to you. As soon as you have accepted the quotation, they will then arrange for the installation.

For me, vuma came within 24 hours and replaced free of charge, this was quite a while ago, maybe 2019.

Thanks for all the responses. As soon as it happened I opened it up and dried off what i could see and wiped it down with IPA. Didn't want to do anything after about an hour but this morning it was working again. It's a good day!
