Ordered my bosch gas stove from loot and it was delivered the next business day without issues.

I ordered mine, then nothing happened. I waited 2-3 weeks, asked for updates, before they randomly cancelled my order with no warning, no apology and simply no communication whatsoever.

They then didn't process a refund either (ignoring all emails / FB - and due to Covid - the phone too!). I had to actually hound senior staff on LinkedIn for anything to be done.

Horrible experience - don't use Loot for anything more than a book. It's just not worth the pain.
