Axxess ADSL Issues?

It seems that my issue was also a "payment issue". It seems that the accounts department is giving the poor technical department lots of work to do.
 
I got sick of the constant authentication problems. The orc on the other side telling me to restart my router, as if that's going to fix their authentication server? Or telling me it's a saix/telkom issue, while I'm able to connect perfectly fine with a telkom account and with another saix account (saol).

I share the sentiment that it's sad to see them slip like this. When I joined their service was absolutely fantastic.

But this is my last month. Die lewe is hard...
 
*Sigh*

Come on Axxess. You were there for us in the beginning. Pull up your socks now. I know you're working on you own infrastructure, but if you loose customers now, then who is going to use your service when you launch it?
