Is it only me or does the Axxess account usage page not work for like most of the month, it's been like this for 2 months for me now. How am I supposed 2 manage my tiny amount of bandwidth, it keeps all the info it just doesn't display it on the web, well least I hope it's accurate in this way

I use it and it is brilliant. The only gripe I have with it, is that it automatically starts up when I switch on my computer, and for the life of me, I cannot turn it off. But then I don't really mind, cause each morning as I log on to ADSL I click the refresh button and check the previous days usage. I also enjoy the limit function on simultaneous connections. Therefore I can prevent bandwidth stealing.

Limit function? You probably mean concurrent login reporting limit, people can still steal bandwidth but you would know that someone is logged in which should be.

Uncheck the 'Start with Windows' option on the config tab and click save. If it still starts up make sure you didn't add a shortcut to it in your 'Startup' folder. If the problem persists check the 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run'
and 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run' registry keys and delete the "SAIX ADSL Stats Analyser" entries if you find any. You'll need to run 'regedit32' to do this.

Wouldn't it be cool if it could actually do that... :D It's just there to warn you if it does detect more than the specified number of connections... ;)

mmmm............

OK one more thing, I still get my info as displaying 0 donwloaded/uploaded  I thinking this is because the Axxess site or usage thingie they use is slightly buggered, cause it is the same on their site(0 upload/download), so the SAIX Analyser still connects 2 Axxess somewhere along the line which isn't working @ the mo :confused:so therfore I still can't see what's going on:mad:

Remember that the SAIX usage is for all previous connections and does not include your current connection. You have to disconnect from ADSL and then
reconnect to Axxess to see current usage.

If you just downloaded the SAIX program then disconnect and then reconnect, then click "refresh" and it will show you.

Tried That

Done that, doesn't seem 2 be working !!!
My DSL modem is logged in all the time could that be an issue, as the SAIX analyser is connection 2 the net but it's just not displaying any info what so ever

Warning - feature request:

Could you add a running total to SASA. I have a WA prepaid account and it would be nice to see how much I have used across all months.

Thanks
