Axxess call centre down?

Something has gone wrong with my billing with Axxess this month. The amount to be invoiced at the end of the month is double the normal amount?

I tried calling their call centre but the lines are down. How do I get this issue resolved now? Any ideas?
 
Down for me too and I'm not able to connect to my Axxess account either. Let us know if she responds...

Already PM'd you, and you already said some one will contact me. That was 9:13am. It's now 10:47am. Not very much urgency.
 
12:47 and still no call... I've already lost a few clients due to poor adsl service quality from Axxess. For a guy who only has a few clients that's like half my adsl turnover.

Sure you have your uncapped account configured on your router?

Also can you access axxess.co.za?

I only deal in uncapped accounts these days bro.

Yeah, I can log onto the Axxess control panel using my Cybersmart uncapped account :p
 
Can you log in using your Axxess account?

Haven't tried recently. Earlier it was hanging at "processing" after I entered my client code and password.

That was when I posted that I was having the same issues as OP (9.14am post #4)

My 10Mb account is working perfectly fine, Axxess hates you :P
 
I wonder if they are trying to sabotage the resellers??? I know Afrihost was never interested in having resellers, now that they have taken over Axxess maybe that mindset has moved in...

Not impossible but unlikely. Both Afrihost and Axxess seem to be very service orientated companies.
