Axxess Cell C LTE Coverage Indicating MTN Roaming Coverage

Why does only Axxess have access to the MTN roaming LTE coverage and not the others - Afrihost, Mweb, Webafrica etc?

I am hesitant to test this, as Axxess says I have coverage, but Afrihost says I don't.
Who to believe? We only have MTN 4G Roaming from what I understand, and these Fixed LTE SIM cards wont work on Roaming.
