Axxess customer service

Of course your issue is not resolved. Axxess Lady is actually a BOT - all she has the ability to do is ask you to email her, and I've never actually received a response from her, or had any tickets resolved. She is the most useless company rep on mybb I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I have highlighted the most important message. Good to know I am not the only one with 5 open tickets non resolved.

I eventually just left them... I can't understand how they can stay in business with such terrible support.
 
Anyone else experience bad customer service from these people? I actually think they give Helkom a run for their money when it comes to bad customer service. The call center agents are utterly useless, best to phone during the day on a weekday otherwise you will have to wait for monday. And yes it is 2018.
It is the reason I left them and moved to Crystal Web back in the day. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Out of interest sake I took my old Afrihost sim to Mtn on Friday, since it took you 2 days to reply here and about 2 days to provision my SIM, Ahter I HAVE sorted MY issue with Axxess by phoning them multiple times. Arrived at Mtn Friday afternoon 2pm, did Simswap at about 14:15 and I was live on my new sim just before 4PM. So under 2 hours vs your 2 days, something not right at Axxess. Please explain. I replied on your message to Beatbot, but it was still the same old generic message you used for me, so just imagine saa044 in the place of Beatbot. :P

You have never been more wrong than this. My ticket is still open and not even responded and NO I will not single myself out. Best you respond ALL open tickets and when you get to mine I will give you credit.

Seems like alot of mixed responses. To me, axxess has been always there with good customer service. But as fibre came, we switched to home connect with more affordable prices

Their prices are good and all. But you wait until you have some troubleshooting to do. Issa mess.
 
I haven't had any issues with Axxess as far as support queries go, but I think phoning them up gets things sorted a lot quicker.

In general I've found Axxess to have a better quality network than Afrihost, but I do think their Home Uncapped AUP (7 day rolling window of "Projected Usage") is exceptionally punitive and of no real benefit to the customer.

If I want to use 200GBs of data in the first week and be throttled for the rest of the month, that should be my perogative, not theirs.

It's obvious that this is in place for their own protection, and not to benefit the consumer.

I think their phone support is a bit better but it is really hit and miss. Depends who you get, but I have never really got good support. Look at the axxess lady here on the forums... That forms part of customer support. Email tickets are customer support. But anyways, phoning helps but not all the time. The most common answer is always to restart your router.
 
Same here we moved from Webafrica, but now with Axxess we getting the same terrible support. Had to configure the router with an openserve guest account and do a speedtest multiple times. The one tech says we've got a bad connection in the house the next one says its Telkom. We moved both the Telkom line and package over to Axxess but now they say we are not with them for the line rentals.

i just bought a new cellc sim card and I'm unable to do a simswap since my phone says 'emergency calls only'. please help
 
THE VERY BEST is that Axxess DO NOT support IPTV at all!! After speaking to numerous people and managers I eventually left Axxess after no one was able to assist on any of the IPTV sites.
 
I was with them for many years, but when there was a helkon line fault, axxess refused to get involved, as I see it I am renting from them, and they should be my big stick, all they wanted was speed tests, and after a couple of weeks of it would have been faster to use trained snails, I switched to afrihost, and well actually there are no decent ISP's in the country...they are all the same, useless!!

I would like to add that the "axxess lady" well she was about as useful as a lead balloon...
 
I have been with them for a few months... The billing is a BIG mess, they dip into your account as they wish randomly - I think they do this to reach certain targets they set for themselves .

This morning I have had no choice but to cancel a rather awesome internet service, but the customer service is kak, rubbishy stuff. And to top it all, their pompous representatives never ever apologise for inconveniences - they think issuing a refund is a remedy... The refund takes at least 21 days to reach you, they also forget that transaction fees never reverse so as a customer I have to fund their utter incompetence. On four occasions they have screwed me, they can f off for good.
