Axxess customer service

It is the reason I left them and moved to Crystal Web back in the day. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I used Axxess since 2001 - eventually moved to Crystalweb about 2 years ago as they took 3 days to reply to a ticket.

Just to weigh in here, it's halfway through 2019 and the really bad Axxess service levels continues. At least they're consistently bad so you know not to expect much. It actually helps dealing with them lol. Cancelling for Afrihost though.

Lol it would seem Im a bit of a masochist.. I've been with Afrihost before and also got shyte service, although not as bad as Axxess. I literally had to send Axxess a proof of payment for a topup 7 times before they would credit my account (and I can think of at least two other occasions where this happened before). Im such a sucker. Was offline since Sat because of this. Ai.. I welcome any ISP recommendations as not really sure where to turn to for even plain and dry vanilla service. They give Telkom a a run I tell you. Advice for all, try not not topup with Axxess, especially over a weekend!
