indeed but what i want to find out is why is my account not capping it was downgraded to a 1GB in the beginning of the month and then canceled for month end (March) when i moved over to TI but now already going over 2GB and still downloading.
im afraid they gonna tell me to pay for the extra that i have used.
i would also like to check it on the control panel but it's not working, so they are not leaving me with alot of options here to make sure of my usage.
Yes but i want to use up the data that is left on my axxess account before it is cancelled on midnight.Just log in to your router and change the internet settings to the new Telkom account...

Nope - issue still exists on Axxess and Afrihost too i'm assuming.
Why they would partner with a service provider notorious for poor service is beyond me.
bottom line has improved in terms of gross profit on accounts sold.
..unhappy customers ..loss of income ..likely to be negated ..
