Axxess Down

Anyone else having issues with Axxess all of a sudden?
My internet dropped and when I checked the Router it showed a Incorrect Password error.
The Axxess website is not responding - I can't even sign in.
What gives?
Same here. Router fails to authenticate and client portal seems to be down now as well.
 
Dropped here (Durban) as well. Web site not working get landing page but when clicking on menu items I get 404 page, app not working and phone just rings.
 
Same here, i see there is over 100 people in their live chat queue

You are "seeing" issues for more than a year now ... I wonder if it's only Axxess affected by the Openserve troubles, because it seems no one else is complaining. I hoped that the problems that plague Axxess would be sorted at some point in time but it seems I was wrong.

well done. post notices on media which are currently inaccessible due to the problem. but you have no problem sending sms notifications when i pay you. i tried calling only to realise you have adopted the TELKOM business strategy for call centres. Put customers on hold until they hang up. your phone number has also changed. it still shows the old number on the app. your company is getting crappier every time there is a problem.

your old rep on the forum only ever "helped" when it suited her.
 
No, it is not, still the authentication issue. Kinda useless trying to call them for an update, as for their status page, it will be the same in 2 days time.
mine seems sorted. posting this using axxess connection.
 
Its now day 3 of zero connectivity for me. Does this issue have any correlation to the Tenda F9 firmware upgrade that I was asked to perform but have not done so as yet ?
