Axxess DSL Lite speed problems

I have been using their service since last Tuesday but since yesterday I started getting very slow download speed, e.g. I got 4M line and premium RS account and I am getting around 20 K/s RS, when I called in, they were blaming Seacom and others. Is this Axxess specific problem?

No problems on my Lite account albeit on 384 line. Currently downing a few gigs from hotfile and it's pretty much maxing out my line.

my lite account was flying @ 350kb/s till late yesterday and now its still slow but faster than AH uncapped!

That is exactly what happened to me, too.

Well, from certain international places my speeds are horrible too. I got a 1GB Axxess Lite account and 4096 Afrihost uncapped account , and unfortunately they are BOTH equally slow the last 2 days from certain international locations. So i can only assume this is an IS related thing.
