Has anyone else been scammed by Axxess by signing up for a package on Vodacom network to later be charged a higher price? Attached image from earlier this month - no indication of a promotion. They've since update the price to the "normal" pricing.
They've claimed that when I signed up in November and activated in December that this was a promotion but there was no indication that it was promotional. Now I'm being billed a different amount.
I moved from a previous provider because of the price. Which is now not applicable anymore.
