Dear all, I need some understanding
Axxess launched a new hosting package called NO HOSTING when buying a domain name
It allows you to just point to another namesever which will be the hosting ISP
Simple enough..
Hoever AXXESS has a serverHOLD on my domain. IT been back and forth with Axxess and my hosting company.
Hosting company simple states axxess needs to release the serverHold. Axxess has been giving me the run around from
telling my domain to setup the domain etc ..
From what I read ServerHold is like a suspension ie nonpayment etc
such frustrations from axxess.
They are blaming HOSTING ISPfor not having correct settings.
Nothing can get to the hosting company if the DMAIN is locked.

Thank you for following up. I think your ISP may be misunderstanding the problem. They have suspended your domain (serverHold) which prevents DNS from propagating and also makes it so we cannot assign your domain.
Until they lift the suspension and allow the DNS to work, we will not be able to assign. My apologies for the inconvenience. I do hope your ISP lifts the suspension quickly.

When updating the nameservers, the poll message comes back as
2306: Authoritative Nameserver failure for domain 'timelessrose.co.za': NoAnswer from 'ns2.bluehost.com', NoAnswer from 'ns1.bluehost.com'
Please validate the site config on the server side.
