I had a problem earlier today which was not only resolved in a few hours (I was busy for most of the time) but even got a callback after the problem had been resolved to make sure things were going smoothly!

So yeah, a thumbs up to Paul and the guys @ Axxess.
 
Same here. Called them the other night and they resolved the issue within minutes. The helpdesk guy sounded a bit grumpy (I guess you do when you receive a call close to midnight), but he fixed the problem pronto :D
