Axxess hosting external linking

I have email-only hosting with Axxess, and in my control panel 've uploaded an image that I want to link to externally. Not sure it's in the correct location.

After speaking with an agent, they couldn't help me and didn't really seem that clued up. How do I link to this image externally? If I right click the image, the only path I get given is /Logo.png.

I've tried the obvious, www.mywebsite.co.za/Logo.png, but this didn't work. I've done this successfully before with another hosting service, but for some reason I can't make it work with this one. TIA.

What's in the public_html folder..? I would try moving to image to that folder and then try www.mywebsite.co.za/Logo.png

That worked, thanks, man! My old brain. I was typing extra file path letters between .co.za and /Logo.png, as in www.mywebsite.co.za/****/Logo.png.

Shows you what the tech guys on the end of the phone that work for Axxess know, the person I spoke with said that you can't externally link to files, which is just obviously not true.
