Axxess - How long till it activates?

Either you are lucky or not

Axxess and Openserve had new VDSL line installed and operational in a week for me
day 1 Order placed online
day2 Call from Openserve for appt
day3 Install to db
day 4-6 wait for jack to be placed at correct internal location
day7 all done
U don't have the technicians no by any chance? Lol

Axxess rep phoned me trying to help configure router but i already done it correctly

I even resetted it too.

Still no luck

She told me maybe have to wait for openserve to do something on their side, should be done within 24-48hrs but guys this is openserve. I don't really think it will be that quick to sort any thing out from them

Got the Sms now saying it's activated but still not working!

The axxess rep told me everything is working fine on their end and openserve is an issue.

Then openserve guy came and told me everything is working fine and synching. He even showed me an told me its the ISP Issue.

So I'm not sure where to go from here?
Please help sort this out.

Incorrect vpi and vci values will cause no authentication.

Make sure those values are correct.

Test with

guest@openserve
guest

To see if the line auths.

I was configuring with the axxess rep on the call. The vci and vpi is correct and we also tested with guest@openserve etc.

So that's why its annoying, because axxess is saying it's openserve but the guy came yesterday and he said everything is syncing and working fine, it's my ISP

No one has called me today so i tried using the CD installation for the router and entered username and password given by axxess...

it said "internet connection is unsuccessful. Please make sure your ISP account is correct"

i tried a new password and that didnt work either

im honestly so frustrated because everything is working except this DSL account

Update: OFFICIALLY WORKING

Seems the default settings were not getting removed so manually had to make changes
