Created a ticket at night, but by the morning they had already responded...

Used less than 1gig this month but get speeds of 5kb/s, hope u looses all business now since u don't care about us anymore!

That is exactly my problem with them at the moment and if I try playing again this weekend and the same happens they can say good bye to my money :mad:
 
We should boycott Axxess, since we are not getting the important service we are all paying for

don't regret one second of having cancelled. latencies and speeds better than ever with the new isp.

At the moment I'm completely pissed off with Axxess and before more people consider their one size fits all offer I would like to warn them. I've just learned that my uncapped 4 MB account is "managed" and throttled to death for using 70GB since the beginning of this month :mad:. I thought, let me phone them to check as it may be related to the international issues of late, but apparently my account is being managed, I can hardly get 40kb right now? Speeds are just terrible...can you bladdy believe it?

Well, I'm moving back to OW next month, at least they understand what uncapped means.

lol 70GB on a 4mb and you're only throttled now. I've done 55GB on my 10mb account this month and I'm throttled to like 20kB/s

Grim, "throttled" on what, torrents, http, ftp, youtube?
Qos does not throttle everything, only the data thread you use the most.
If Everything is "throttled" then there is something wrong with your connection.
PM AfiMan and he will check and sort it out for you.

Any form of downloading is throttled, browsing and YouTube is fine.
 
Well using my 4mb line I was throttled at 80gb odd but I have been downloading 24/7 for the most part. Took almost a week for me to get off the "managed" state

Nope, as soon as your account gets marked as "managed" all downloads slow down to a crawl. It's fine again today as my account is no longer "managed"
 
Thanks for this. Was considering to move, but thought that this might have the case.
 
Back to being managed after barely downloading 5gb's. I've been managed 3 times this month and only used 100Gb give or take. Think I'll be moving to PluGG really soon.
