Axxess Lite account deleted?

I woke up this morning to discover that my new Axxess Lite account doesn't exist anymore. Gone with the wind... no trace of it on my CCP either. Was working fine the whole of Saturday.

No one at Axxess is answering the phone.

Tested ok for me - first time I connected this month - back to uncapped now.

It's just very weird - the account is simply gone. I have three accounts with them, all of which are usually visible in the control panel, but the @axxesslite account is no longer listed among the three and I didn't ask for it to be deleted.

Will wait to see what they say in response to the ticket I sent in. I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar thing happen?

Probably just a hiccup. Mine is still there untouched and unused for the moment.

It might not be the worst thing. I have had the worst performance from that account so far.
