Axxess lite speed problems

anyone else having problems with axxess after 1 pm everyday with high pings and low speeds

anyone know where problem lies cause this is irritating
 
Yeah i have also been having problems, was fine today. was at a good 300 ms now pings up to about 450.

Hope they fix it on the 17th (when the repair is scheduled(
 
Yeah its pathetic considering i was getting about 190-200 last night. So just wondering ithe decided to suddenly shape the accounts or if there is an issue somewhere.

Who knows, time will tell i suppose.
 
Im seriously getting annoyed with IPS and all this on the fly shaping, Its like getting a klap in the dark... so far the only ISP who hasent pulled a fast one on me is...wait.. there are none :(
 
Ok well my latency just dropped by 100 ms so seems like its a work in progress to fix.
 
telkom seems to be only stable isp these days which is a shame

i'll try lite account just now and see if its fixed here also

Not sure about latency, but haven't been able to get more than 100kb/s through Axxess Lite since sunday (not sure about before, I was out of the country), and yesterday download speed was 40k/s MAX. This is on a 4 meg line, and i checked my router, it was synced at 4 meg.

Very unhappy with this product at the moment, will be switching isp's (again) as soon as this bundle runs out.
