Axxess Local only Or Openweb

I see that Axxess uses SAIX and Openweb uses IS. Is the SAIX much better for local only? It is a lot more expensive and we all know how k@k IS is.

I wouldnt recommend using openweb. Alot of people have had bad experiences.

I also use Openweb with Openbrowse and I have no problems, I also use Axxess for the saix local only. Both are good isp's, I have no problems with either ISP.

I must say Openweb is great but all I am saying is that IMO SAIX makes IS look stupid. Was just wondering if anyone agrees and if maybe this is a fact.
