Axxess Midnight data - is this a Red Herring?

I see they have this tiny fineprint on their midnight data ad.

Does that mean that after midnight downloads from international sites will go off from your normal cap?

Nope I torrent all night and it doesn't add to my cap

Hi Drifter

The "fineprint" states- "The Mid-Nite Promo excludes Prepaid DSL, DSL Vouchers, 1 Free Gig, SAIX, Resellers and local only services. The Mid-Nite Promo will run until further notice, and will apply to existing and new Axxess clients."

That means that Prepaid DSL Services/ Vouchers, Free 1GB services, SAIX services and Ressels and Local only accounts cannot make use of this promo. As long as you make use of an Axxess Capped account (and not one of the services aforementioned) you will have Free Midnight Data to use as you desire, you can do downloads from International sites on your Capped Service and it will not be deducted of your monthly capped.
